Our maintenance division manager reaches out to schedule an on-site consultation. This process only takes about 30 minutes.
We take measurements and photos to provide an accurate quote. After your consultation, you will receive a cost estimate for your property.
Invoicing is at the end of the month and is created based on time spent and amount of materials used.

Remove sticks, leaves and debris from mulch beds and yard. Perform cut back of perennials, ornamental grasses, and any needed shrubs. Apply pre-emergent weed control and fertilizers to mulch beds.
Edge existing beds, installation of mulch, apply fertilizer to plant material, apply additional pre-emergent weed control to mulched beds.
Removal of sticks, leaves, and debris from property. Cut back perennials and grasses.
Plant spring, summer, fall, and holiday annuals. These can be planted in planters, urns, pots, or flower beds.
